We create beautiful, bespoke illustrations that celebrate the unique spirit of your community. You can purchase one of our existing designs - or to start your own project, visit our Make Your Own listing and follow these steps:
- Upload up to 8 photos of favorite places within your community (school and team logos are great too)
- Note any text you would like to include, like town name or year established
- Allow our artists to create an illustration for you in just 3-5 days (simply check your email to review and approve your proof)
- Print and ship products with your unique community design!
Why do you need to take payment at the start of my project?
We take pride in creating each illustration from scratch! As such, we need you to complete checkout and take payment before we begin work on your illustration.
How long does it take to complete a project?
We aim to deliver your illustration in < 7 days. Once the proof is approved by you, it typically takes 5-7 days to print and ship a product with your illustration.
What if I am not happy with my my project?
We have a satisfaction guarantee policy. That means we will make free revisions until you are 100% happy with your illustration.
What quality should the photos I send to you be?
The better quality the photos, the easier it will be for us to create a beautiful illustration for you. But don’t worry, we will reach out to you if we think we need better photos to create a quality illustration.
What if I have additional design requirements for my project?
We want to create incredible products for our customers, but we also need to ensure a manageable workload for our artist team. If you have customization needs that can not be specified during the checkout process, please email help@theplacemakerproject.com. Note that some customization requests may be subject to an additional fee.
Do you support wholesale or large orders?
Yes! Our products are meant to be shared with groups and within the communities they are created for. If you would like to order 10+ items, please send an email to help@theplacemakerproject.com for special pricing. We look forward to partnering with you.
Yes! Our products are the perfect fundraising solution for local non-profits and other organizations. If you are a community-based organization and would like to order 10+ items, we will send 15% of all sales directly to a local organization of your choice.
